How to use the Leadership-Inspirator

The Leadership-Inspirator consists of 3 sets of 63 flip cards, which allow new affirmations to be created time and time again by flicking through and combining the different sentence building blocks.

These affirmations are upliffing, self-empowering statements that steer your thinking and behaviour in a desired direction. They stem from the realisation that beliefs and thoughts can influence not only our behaviour, but also our perception and emotional well-being.

The cards can be used in a variety of ways:

  • At random, much like flicking through the pages of a flip book and pausing at any moment. Engage with the cards in a playful manner, be it by yourself or with others. If you have company, you can let them decide when to pause.
  • With purpose, by mindfully turning the pages and reading the sentences that emerge.

The leadership affirmations really come into their own when you use them in multiple ways. For example, you could speak them aloud, write them down, sing or hum them, pair them with powerful body language, visualise them or consciously apply them in difficult situations.
